New Invasion Interviews And Masterclasses At Supanova
The March edition of Star Wars Insider Magazine features an interview with Colin and I for Star Wars: Invasion and, continuing the theme, there is also a new interview in the Supanova Magazine which you can also read online here. The interview is on page 28.
Speaking of Supanova, as well as being special guests, Colin Wilson and I will now be taking comics masterclasses on the Friday nights of Supanova Melbourne and Brisbane. We will be discussing our combined work on The Example in Brief Cases, White Dove III in Flinch and, of course, Star Wars: Invasion. Colin will have a lot of original artwork for people to stare at in awe and Gestalt Comics will be providing special limited edition copies of The Example, the first project Colin and I ever worked on together, which Colin and I will happily sign for anyone who asks. If no one asks, we’ll sign them anyway.
Lastly, Dark Horse Vice President Randy Stradley is interviewed over at CBR this week. There’s not a lot said about Invasion but he does mention it and, very nicely, says “Tom Taylor is an Australian TV writer who’s writing comics like he was born to it…”
What Randy doesn’t know is that I actually WAS born in sequential panels… you wouldn’t want to see them though.
