Dark Horse have supplied the first 4 pages of Star Wars: Invasion #4 for viewing over at their website.
A different preview this month (no X-wings being eaten out of the sky by giant snakes) but we do get to see Luke and his wife, Mara, Leia, the Solo kids, Finn, AND the Falcon as well as getting a glimpse of the death of mighty Chewbacca.

I reallyy love the way Chewbacca’s last stand looked. Mara Jade looked amazing as well. Colin Wilson really is an amazing artist.
Yes. He. Is. Go tell him so on his blog
Man, it’s kinda ridiculous how much emotion you managed to pack into a few panels there. Making a ritual out of saying “punch it” is quality stuff.
Thanks Ed. Yeah, that scene was one I came up with very early on (along with Luke and Finn’s huge rock scene in issue 2) that I wanted to include, even before I’d really plotted out much of the series. This really is our ‘emotional’ issue – don’t worry, it still has action.
By the way, the Fillbachs and I have been emailing each other for a little while now… stay tuned.
Does this mean Colin will start illustrating my stories now? Cause I’m cool with that.
