Two epic battles have been raging in the pages of Star Wars: Invasion – Revelations and DCUO Legends: The Brainiac – Sinestro Corps War, and both come to a climactic end this week. Two wars. Two Galaxies. Two books. Two publishers. One big week.
These two story arcs probably contain my largest ever fictional body count.

Today sees the release of Star Wars: Invasion – Revelations #4 and, although there have been plenty of surprises so far, this is the issue where the ‘Revelations’ become, well… revelatory. Issue #4 is where it also gets quite explodey and carnagey, as you’d probably expect from a cover like this…
And don’t forget, next week sees my first work in the DC Universe as I pit the Green Lantern Corps against Sinestro and Brainiac in DCUO Legends #16.

The final issue of Star Wars: Invasion – Revelations has been solicited and that means a new cover from the always impressive Chris Scalf. Kaye Galfridian and Arbeloa teaming up (?) with stormtroopers.
Could this be Kaye’s last stand?

Yes, this Wednesday, as well as being able to pick up the print version of Star Wars: Invasion – Revelations #2, the digital version of #1 will be available via the Dark Horse App.
This will be the first comic I’ve written which will be properly formatted for reading on the iPad. I’m looking forward to seeing the results with a lot more of my work set to feature in this format very soon.
And, with the exclusive preview of Revelations #2 being up at CBR, that means more incredible Colin Wilson images will soon appear on the iPad like this…
So, be sure and pick up Revelations #2 and get downloading.

Announced in ‘Star Wars: Insider’ magazine yesterday (and all over the internet overnight) Star Wars: Invasion returns in July with ‘Revelations’.
This image, featuring art by Chris Scalf (of Star Wars: Blood Ties), has been posted all over the internet, so I guess I can post it too…
“Starting in issue #12, this new story arc sees the heroes of the Galfridian family step into their new roles as combatants in the middle of the biggest war the Star Wars galaxy has ever seen. Finn Galfridian has already lost his father and his homeworld to the Yuuzhan Vong, and now he offers himself for Force training by Master Dray-who just might be insane. Elsewhere, Finn’s mother and sister reach the Imperial outpost of Shramar, where refugees from their home planet hope to reunite with their family members. We have been insanely fortunate to have the brilliant Jo Chen as our cover artist on this series. It always makes me very happy when these appear in my inbox and as soon as the cover to Rescues #6 appeared, I was desperate to share it.
Issue #6 ran into a few problems with solicitation but it will now be in stores on December 15.

Once again, two of my Star Wars books are out on the same day and both are the penultimate chapters of their stories.
Star Wars: Blood Ties seems to be a bit of a critical success and issue #1 sold almost as many copies the month after it came out as it did in the first month, which is a very good sign. The story continues here. More is revealed about Connor Freeman, and Boba Fett gets to show off his wonderful toys.
Meanwhile, so much of Star Wars: Invasion has been leading up to this single issue. There have been some wild theories from fans about the secrets of this series. Some of those ‘ridiculous’ theories may be proven true in this issue (sorry, some of those ridiculous theories will remain ridiculous). This is the issue that should have more people talking than ever before…
